Party Dates are based on availability and are not guaranteed. We will make every effort to make sure that we host your party on the date you requested above or very close to it! Please always have multiple date options in mind in the event we cannot accommodate your requested date. It is recommended that once you book and pay for your deposit online, you call Kanga Indoor Playground to confirm your reservation. Party dates may also be booked over the phone with a valid credit/debit card and email address. Online dates are updated frequently but are not guaranteed to be accurate at the time of booking online — A request is not a guarantee of party date availability. All parties will be confirmed via email from a Kanga Indoor Playground to confirm your party's date and exact time. Note: The emailed "receipt" of the $150 deposit received is NOT a confirmed date/time booking. Party confirmation emails are sent out within 24–48 hours of the original booked time.

Once you request a party date, please allow 3-5 business days for us to check staff and party room availability. A request is not a guarantee of party availability. All parties will be confirmed via a phone call from a Kanga Indoor Playground team member to confirm your party's date and exact time. Note: An email receipt of the party's $150 deposit received is NOT a confirmed date/time booking.
We ask that the Party Host arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled party time to unload the car, check in the Guest of Honor & family, and be there to greet party guests. Party guests are encouraged to arrive as close to the scheduled party time as possible.
Yes! A staff member will be available to assist you in the party room.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, the party headcount may not exceed 44 (adults/kids combined) inside the Private Party Room during an "Open Play" party. Keep in mind that parents and adults are welcome to hang out at the Parents' Lounge at any time during the party as well! A $14 Admission Fee will be charged for each child (Ages 1-10) over the number included in your package. This does not include food/drinks/add-ons/accessories. For larger groups, please call us about the options we offer.

Weekend parties begin at either 5:15 PM or 5:30 PM. Reservations are based on availability at the time of booking, with a deposit paid. (A $150 deposit is required to confirm your reservation.)
A lot! First, the party room is cleaned and set up for you with your cake, Birthday Child's gifts, and other decor (goodie bags, balloons, etc.). Our Staff will also be there to serve food & drinks for the children and will take care of the cleanup. Of course, we'll check in with you from time to time to see if you need anything, too.
Yes, your private room is available to you and your party for the entire time of your scheduled party. Because all of our party rooms are private and there will usually be another party before you, and after you, please be punctual and respectful of your 2-hour window.
For larger groups, please call us about the options we offer. A private party is recommended for groups expecting more than 22 kids and is based on availability. A party with 22+ kids can be hosted in our front Parents' Lounge, accommodating everyone comfortably. Call us to discuss the availability and options.
For special requests or extended party hours, please call us! We can discuss specific options that may best accommodate your needs/requests.
We understand that things happen. However, your private party is to be held at the scheduled event time. To maintain private parties, we are not able to extend or modify your event's schedule without at least a 14-day notice of the changes.
Yes! The party host is required to stay at the party until your last guest departs.
Yes! You’re welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, decorations are limited to tabletop decor and "light" decorations on walls and/or ceilings. We DO NOT permit Silly String, Confetti, Glitter, or Traditional Piñatas (*Pull-string Piñatas are ok).
Food & other party resources are prepped before your event based on the details provided by you. We may adjust your Party Package UP (NOT down) on the day of the event. You may purchase Goodie Bags, balloons, and beverages à la carte at your event (*subject to stock on hand). Additional food orders are subject to delivery schedules & fees and may not be available on the day of your event.
