BIRTHDAY PARTY FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We ask that the Party Host arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled party time to unload the car, check in the Guest of Honor & family, and be there to greet party guests. Party guests are encouraged to arrive as close to the scheduled party time as possible.


Yes! A staff member will be available to assist you in the party room.


  • A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • If you need to cancel the party, we will work with you to find another date and time that will work best for you within one year of the original party date. Your original deposit will be applied toward your rescheduled party. Alternatively, you may use the $150 deposit toward store credit (to purchase play passes or memberships)


For the comfort and safety of all guests, the party headcount may not exceed 44 (adults/kids combined) inside the Private Party Room during an "Open Play" party. Keep in mind that parents and adults are welcome to hang out at the Parents' Lounge at any time during the party as well! A $14 Admission Fee will be charged for each child (Ages 1-10) over the number included in your package.  We can not guarantee seating for over 22 kids. This does not include food/drinks/add-ons/accessories. For larger groups, please call us about the options we offer.

  • Advance Notice: 14 days advance notice is required to reschedule your event from its original date.
  • Rescheduling:
    • If you reschedule or cancel your event less than 14 days before its original date, your deposit is non-refundable, and you may be held financially responsible for the full party package price if the time slot is not filled after your cancellation. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
    • If you reschedule & host your event within 1 year of the original date, the deposit will apply toward your new party date. 
  • Cancel: Again, if you need to cancel the party, we will work with you to find another date and time that will work best for you within one year of the original party date. Your original deposit will be applied toward your rescheduled party. Alternatively, you may use the $150 deposit toward store credit (to purchase play passes or memberships).


Weekend parties begin at either 5:15 PM. Reservations are based on availability at the time of booking, with a deposit paid. (A $150 deposit is required to confirm your reservation.)


  • Fruit/vegetable & salad platters which are store-bought and in the original store container
  • Unopened juice, soda, and water bottles/cans are OK
  • Unopened bags of chips or pretzels are OK
  • Pizza, sandwiches, and catered platters that are store-bought and in the original store box/packaging are OK
  • There will be no refrigerator or microwave available for your party. Plan accordingly
  • Your cake, cookies, or cupcakes are OK
  • No food from home is permitted (except for cake, cookies, and cupcakes)
  • No other outside food is permitted and will not be served. Sorry, no exceptions.
  • Store-bought, Catered, or Delivered Food is OK (with receipt)


A lot! First, the party room is cleaned and set up for you with your cake, Birthday Child's gifts, and other decor (goodie bags, balloons, etc.). Our Staff will also be there to serve food & drinks for the children and will take care of the cleanup. Of course, we'll check in with you from time to time to see if you need anything, too.


Yes, your private room is available to you and your party for the entire time of your scheduled party. Because all of our party rooms are private and there will usually be another party before you, and after you, please be punctual and respectful of your 2-hour window.


For larger groups, please call us about the options we offer. A private party is recommended for groups expecting more than 22 kids and is based on availability. A party with 22+ kids can be hosted in our front Parents' Lounge, accommodating everyone comfortably. Call us to discuss the availability and options.


For special requests or extended party hours, please call us! We can discuss specific options that may best accommodate your needs/requests.


We understand that things happen. However, your private party is to be held at the scheduled event time. To maintain private parties, we are not able to extend or modify your event's schedule without at least a 14-day notice of the changes.


Yes! The party host is required to stay at the party until your last guest departs.


Yes! You’re welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, decorations are limited to tabletop decor and "light" decorations on walls and/or ceilings. We DO NOT permit Silly String, Confetti, Glitter, or Traditional Piñatas (*Pull-string Piñatas are ok).


Food & other party resources are prepped before your event based on the details provided by you. We may adjust your Party Package UP (NOT down) on the day of the event. You may purchase Goodie Bags, balloons, and beverages à la carte at your event (*subject to stock on hand). Additional food orders are subject to delivery schedules & fees and may not be available on the day of your event.
